We're raising £250 to Raise funds to help with the development of grassroots football in Northallerton.
Iam trying to raise the funds by taking part in x2 100 mile cycling events. (23rd May + 4th July)
The cycling events I am taking part in are The Struggle Dales (108 miles with over 9400 feet total in climbs) and The Struggle Moors (112 miles with over 10000 feet total in climbs). This is a real challenge for me as I am not a cyclist.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

A huge thank you to Team Unlimbited for supporting one of our great little players.
Team UnLimbited strives to be a catalyst for change in the complex world of upper limb devices. By giving the world a helping hand, we can help improve the confidence and courage of children and adults with limb difference. And ultimately, work towards removing the long-standing stigma around discussing disability.

To say the 2020/21 season has presented a few problems for grassroots clubs to overcome is an understatement, but despite all of this NTJFC has had some fantastic news to start the new year! It is with great pleasure we celebrate the fact that Tom Moody & Aiden Thompson have successfully completed their 8 week trials with Middleborough FC & Leeds United respectively and have both been offered and signed into their elite academy programs.

This is a huge achievement for both of these individuals who have worked hard consistently for 5 years during their time with NTJFC. It once again demonstrates that no matter what circumstances, opportunities are there for footballers in the local community to take when presented, no matter what the circumstances and that you don’t have to be spotted at 6 years of age to have access to this level of football! Both lads will be hugely missed by their team mates and coaches who want to thank them for their dedication and effort week in week out as well as wish them the best of luck in the next leg of their football journey. Rest assured as a club we will be keeping an eye on their progress and for the first time the fixture list pits them against each other…keep on doing what you’ve been doing and you will be just fine lads. – Go smash it!

Is your child unable to train due to tier4 restrictions?
NTJFC would like to help
Some players from the local area can not train with their club as the club they play for are in a tier 4 area, We feel as a club we should open our arms to them and offer training for these children with appropriate age groups.
We may take on slightly older or younger players to help support these children.
If you would like to take up this offer simply visit our website www.ntjfc.co.uk
And contact the coach of the relevant age/team or send us an email to ntjfc@outlook.com
And we will put you in touch with the relevant person.
Many thanks
James Lofthouse
Chairman

Wishing Tom Moody good luck as he starts his 8 week trial with Middlesbrough Football Club this evening.

After 6 long years of hard work and effort Tom gets the opportunity to test his skills at the next level. A versatile player with a great attitude, mind-set and who fights right to the end of every game.

Tom is a great credit to the team and his parents in the way he conducts himself both on and off the field.

Go and do what you do and enjoy it!

A message from the Chairman..,
It's has been good to get down to all 8 pitches this weekend and see some parents keeping active with their own kids at the park with a football out.
This weekend with the help of Marc Kemp Saturday and Steve Burn ? today as part of the £56000 grant the club is accessing over the next 10 years to improve the quality of the pitches for all now and for the future.

The inspection took about 4 hours in total with half done on each day. The inspection included measuring the length of the grass, digging and measuring the quality of the soil and depth of the roots in both goal areas and centre circle of every pitch taking pictures of all 8 pitches and sending the evidence to the FA.

This should help NTJFC form a strategic plan as to how we improve the pitches in the coming months/season.

A huge well done and good luck for Aiden Thompson from the NTJFC U12’s who starts his first session of a 6 week trial this evening with Leeds Utd.
Aiden has been with the club from 6 years old and is a credit to the club and parents.  He plays the game in the right way, with a great “never say die” attitude and a boundless enthusiasm on and off the pitch!
Keep doing what you’re doing Aiden, hard work starts now! from NTJFC

U12’s last Friday evening
The lads had a great time and all benefited from the huge development opportunity that was provided.
A great game of football played in the right way by two teams with plenty of memories made in the process! All the best for the season ahead, whatever that may bring!
